I've got this written on my calender:

"November was the month everything changed,
This is the month everything got better."

As some of you know (Hi Mom!), I lost my job at The Odyssey after 9 years with them, Candie lost her job, and had to be in the hospital for a week. And now I'm doing a lot of soul searching, job searching, friend searching, and opportunity searching.

I've been working at the studio on my future web comic dealing with monsters, people, geopolitics, and the human heart.

I suppose if life had spoilers, it would ruin all the fun - but sometimes I wish I could open that notebook and turn the page to next year and see what was in store.

Froggy Dear...

I did this at the studio today. It's a late x-mas present for Candie. The final product will be (like my other gifts) wrapped around a piece of cardboard - imitating frameless paintings. I started with a pencil sketch, and then used colored inks and markers to finish it.

My studio experience has been good so far. I'm slowly moving my stuff in, and getting in to a better groove.

The New Year.

Lots of changes coming in the new year. Most notable, perhaps, is that I'm joining Robot Cowboy Studios.

Robot Cowboy is home to such artists as Will Terrell (Super Zeroes), Denise Guinn (Of Snakes and Apples), and rising artists Rachael Simmons (The Harvard Project), Amber Dean (Git-R-Drawn), and Syd Gutierrez(Reynard City).

Robot Cowboy is also starting a blog, which I'll be linking to (and posting in) soon.

Part of being in the studio is setting goals for everyone to follow, and helping others reach their goals. I'm glad to be a part of it!

I'm planning on coming out with more of my Supermini comics, as well as starting my own webcomic "Giant Atomic Monsters".

Small Comic, Big Hit at West Texas Comic Con!

Quite the unexpected and amazing thing happened, I didn't get to finish the comic I originally wanted to do for the Con.

Instead, I had 4 days, half finished pencils and a basic idea about how I was going to proceed. I printed about 40 and sold out within 4 hours! And better yet, people heard about the comic from others and wanted more. Just amazing.

A super-mini comic is what I call it, one of the world's smallest comics produced. The idea itself was a selling point, but I hope the content is what ends up being the thing people like the most about it.

It's a tiny inspirational title that can be bought for half a dollar. A full 24-page comic, 1 inch by 1 inch. With readable text and recognizable art.

There are a few bugs to work out, but I like the results so far. There is even the idea of selling them via a vending machine, in those little bubble containers. Cool possibilities.

I'm not sure what the next one will be, or when it will be produced. But I do know that this has been a great learning experience for me. Not only the convention experience itself, but also the month leading up to it.

Priorities are making themselves clear. More to come.

West Texas Comic Con!

We are just days away from the first annual West Texas Comic Con! We are very excited, and we hope you are too! This is going to be our BIGGEST comic convention in Lubbock so far! With great special guests, awesome surprises and fun waiting for you all! By the way, if you haven't already seen our TV commercial that's been running this week be sure to check it out!

A few things... DC and Top Cow comics have kindly donated a LOT of free comics, buttons, posters and other goodies for you all! But amounts are limited to the first 500 attendees in the door! So make sure to be there early. We will have some other goodies for people that come later in the day, but this is the PRIMO stuff! So be sure to come early!

Also, we want to thank the Abilene Star Wars 501st for making an appearance at this show. We hear that R2D2 is coming! Along with many other classic Star Wars characters you can meet and greet! Also, there will be a huge costume contest for all those that come in costumes. This being just days after Halloween, it is going to be quite an event! Registration for the costume contest starts at 12:30 if you want to participate, so be sure to get there ahead of time.

Hey all,

Of course a lot has happened since my last post. Still working at The Odyssey, still doing comics...

I'm ready to make change in the way I live my life. A lot of things have changed for me - the universe pushing me out in the open.

I can no longer hide in my cave of solitude.

I can no longer let everyone's needs come before mine.

I can no longer let fear hold me hostage.

I can no longer let the opinions of other people take precedent over the true wishes of my heart.

I can no longer be the quiet person standing in back.

I can no longer live my life by the rules I made for myself when I was a child.

There will be more art here, sooner than later.

There will be more posts in general.

There will be a change.

24 hour comics day was a blast, and Jammin' at Novacon!

Well, 24 hour comics day (the official day for doing a 24 hour comic around the world!) has come and gone, we held a little event here in town at my friend Kiki's house but I got very little done (Like almost 3 pages - all-time lowest page count...). I was having too much fun talking to everyone, and goofing around.

"Chocolate Rain!!!!"....you had to be there.

My gf Candie is awesome! She found a bunch of sponsors for the event and got us tons of free food.

Unfortunately she hurt her wrist and arm after slipping on a sycamore seed while getting us some of that food. :( But she has mostly recovered now.

Now on to the next big event.

What is a comic jam?

A Comic Jam is when a bunch of cartoonists get together and draw comics together. There are frequent, on-going jams all over the US, as well as "one-shot" jams such as this one.

Why would I want to do this?

It's a chance to show off your creativity, meet new people, stretch your imagination and because it's fun!

How does is work?

Most comics jams work like this: You draw a story panel on the page, and pass it to the next artist, who then does the same until the story is finished. All comics jams are different, many with no real format.

However, because of the limited time span of the event, we will be providing fun and challenging scripts, created by local comics writers. The goal is to stick to the script as much as possible, while trying to creatively fill in the gaps.

So what do I need to bring?

Most importantly yourself, your imagination and talent. Pens and paper will be provided for you. But if you need anything more (like a board to draw on instead of the table).

What the heck is Project: May-Ahem?

I got this strange phone call today. The person on the other line was whispering to hide their voice.

"It's time for Project: May-ahem..."
"Project: Mayhem?" I asked.
"No, Project: May-AHEM." they said.
"Oh, what's that?"
"Come to Freebirds on Saturday from 7:00pm to 10:00pm and you'll receive your instructions."
"Hey, that's where my group meets. Does this have something to do with them?"
"They will be very important. That is all." And then they hung up.

Freakin' weirded me out. I tried to dial Star 69, but the number couldn't be reached.

Well, I guess I'll find our Saturday. I hope everyone will join me in finding out what this could all be about.

24 hour comic, complete...well sort of.

I organized a 24 hour comic event for Lubbock and the Sketch Club. It was tiring and a lot of fun.

I can really see where this group is headed, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results of all our efforts.

I finished 8 pages of my 24 hour comic, which is 3 hours per page. Not bad considering I haven't made a comics page in like, forever.

I plan on finishing the story and publishing it for our upcoming convention. The Lubbock Comic Book Expo is gonna be so cool.

Back from Vacation...Projector Time!

I just got back from a short Labor day vacation with my family. We traveled up to Ruidoso, NM and stayed at a lovely timeshare. Unfortunately it rained the entire time, from when we left Lubbock until we got back. I didn't get to do as much hiking around as I liked, but we did spend some fun times indoors.

My friend Sara is at it again, and has traded her Hot Wheels Pinto for a projector screen in California. I thought I'd continue illustrating her trades so here is another photoshop drawing:

I've been doing alot more sketching this week, I'm really feeling like I'm 'getting it' now....well part of 'it'. Sketch Club was a good success, it will only get bigger and better over time.

I couldn't get the scanner at my job to work, or get my butt to William's this week, so no new art. But I do have a some OLD ART (woohoo!). So here is one piece that I've been meaning to post for some time. The Bookcrossing cartoon submission I did last year. I held off on posting it because I wasn't sure if they would use in in anything. They haven't, so here it is. I call it 'The Prisoner'.

Lubbock Sketch Club

My friend William and I are trying to get a movement going in Lubbock, and the surrounding area. We believe for comic art to be an option in the mind of young people as a career, that we must begin by creating a community for it. Part of that idea is Lubbock Sketch Club. By creating a regular event two times a month, at a regular place, we can begin to find all of these artist who believe they are alone, or don't know what they can do with their skills.

So often I see people who have artistic talents and interests, but don't go much past 'doodling' because they don't believe that they can do anything with it. One recent example is grafitti I've seen at the old channel 28 building. I'll add a picture later.

I think these young artists have great ability, spray paint is not an easy medium. But probably they never will do anything more than this. Maybe I'm just talking out of my ass, but I think if I'd had a strong art community when I was growing up, I would be leagues ahead of my current talent.

So, anyways check out the new Lubbock Sketch Night Blog, comment, tell your friends, tell those weird people sitting in the corner drawing in their notebooks, let them know that they are only as alone as they want to be.

My 31 Things

I just turned 30, here at the end of July. I've been doing alot of thinking lately about my future and who I am, and who I want to be. I'm planning to move somewhere in about a year. But before I leave Lubbock (and turn 31), I want to accomplish a few goals first. They say that the best first step in accomplishing goals is to write them down, so here it goes.

THE 31 THINGS I WANT TO DO BEFORE I TURN 31:

1. Fast for 1 week
2. Enter 6 art contests
3. Learn the art of caricature, well enough that I can charge $
4. Learn and practive Meditation
5. Lower my blood pressure, without the use of medication
6. Workout (or tiring physical activity) 310 days out of the year
7. Get better at boggle (triple my average score)
8. Take an art class
9. Publish 3 comics (of any dimension)
10. Learn Spanish well enough to get by
11. Stop drinking sodas
12. Watch 3 live theatre performances
13. Expand my socal circle X 3
14. Write in my joural (pen and paper) twice a week
15. Write and send 31 letters
16. Get a professional massage
17. Have a meatless meal once a week
18. Visit with friends/family twice a week
19. Design, playtest, and make 1 game
20. Go to 1 comicbook convention
21. Strike up a conversation with a stranger without mentioning the weather X 3
22. ImPrOvE mY hAnDwRiTiNG (Let my wife be the judge)
23. Read 3 biographies, and learn from them
24. Join Penciljack, and submit 31 drawings for critique
25. Buy a cheap-but-good digital camera and take it with me and use it.
26. Teach one class

29. Practice sharpening my mind once a week
30. Read 310 poems
31. Commit 31 random acts of kindness

I tried to make the list as specific as possible so that the list can be checked off as I complete each goal. I have other goals, but if I complete even a third of these, I will be a better me. I got this idea from my friend William who has done this a couple of times before.

Wow it has been a while...

I hadn't realized how long it's been since I've posted... I guess I've been busy, and had some challenges creatively, but it's important for me to continue with this.

My intentions for this blog we're by this time to have quite a few cartoons, strips and even comic pages completed, and posted each month. Obviously, I've fallen short of that goal, but I am making the changes necessary for this to happen.

I'm currently cleaning and organizing my creative space, and have made a commitment to spend at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week just being there, drawing or not. This is my wife's suggestion. It's a trick she uses to write more. It's like boring yourself into inspiration.... we'll see how well it works for me.

Still having the issue with the scanner, getting up the gumption to take it some where to be looked at. We will see, I may just need to buy a new/used scanner anyways.

Sketch Night

By popular demand my friend Will is bringing back Lubbock sketch night!

The next sketch night will be next Thursday (April 27th) at 8:30 pm. At the Denny's on slide road.

Will wants to try something different this time. "One hour" comics. As Will said
"Everyone will have about an hour to draw a complete story. Stickfigures and bubble heads are jus' fine. It don't matter how good you draw, just how fast you get it done. So start thinking of something fun betwixt yonder and now. This'll be more fun than licks on a tootsie pop.

And if'n you're worried this don't jiggle your jello, I'm sure there will be a few of us doing plainjane regular old fashioned sketchbooksketching so'n you won't be left out. But I figure this is a nice change of pace, and something I need to be practicing anyways. I'll bring the blank books. You bring the pencils and fun. See you there."

Life-type update and nudity...

First the update:

1 Still working on getting a new car, my dad is helping out a lot...Thanks Dad!
2 For the last 3 months, my wife and I have been tracking what we do each week on a chart.

We've determined approximately how much free time we have in a week, and have determined what it is that we want to do. Based on the time we have and the importance of each thing, we set an amount of time we need to spend each week on each thing. In our system we have quartered boxes that represent hours each week.

For example: If we wanted to spend 7 hours a week on house work, we would have 7 boxes. If we only spent 5 hours and 15 minutes, then 5 boxes would be blacked out and one box would be one-quarter blacked out.

This has been very helpful in finding our patterns and problem areas, and motivating us to do better. Like so many people, we tend to spend less time than we want on the things we believe are most important to us.

So last week we challenged ourselves to black out all the boxes in one area we have yet to fill. Mine was house work, Jen's was creative (in this case writing). We succeeded, and this week we are switching. Wish me luck. :)

Tuesday: Back home, attempted to get car repaired, mechanic too busy...
Wednesday: Started early, had car looked at, engine running better than ever...
Later that day, while going to a friends house, car belches smoke...
While attempting to pull over into a parking lot car dies...
Moments later car goes up in flames, no one hurt...
The car is dead...
Thursday: Signed title over to wrecker service. Went back to work. Wrote on blog.
I'm OK, mostly fine about all this.

I recently heard of Mr. Silent and Doktor DiscorD from the Metropolis Comic Radio Show (Thursdays 7-8pm on my local college radio station 88.1 KTXT).

So anyways, these guys apparently go out at night and try to keep the streets safe. Not a bad thought, though I worry others will follow in their footsteps and not be as lucky...

Back in action 2006!

Well, I'm back from being a net-hermit. Let's see what's been going on:

My computer is fixed, and working perfectly (Mid December alot sooner than I thought).
I've been on vacation, and did Christmas stuff with my family.
I've been working out semi-regularly (which is alot better than not at all).
I've been working on artwork for a collaborative comicbook with my wife. More on that to come.
I started a journal (pencil and spiral) to sort through my thoughts every day or so, I think it's helpful.
I guess that's it really, update wise. On to blogging!

Post from the Tech Library

Go Red Raiders...or something like that.

I'm currently on the 5th stack level of the Tech Library. It's nice here, the computer works, its not in the shop for 4-6 weeks with a motherboard problem, and it's important files are not saved on 5 dvds awaiting me to come pick them up.

If you haven't guessed yet, my computer went nuts last week, and (luckly) its being worked on by the nice (but slow) people at Best Buy....

On the up side, I've gotten alot more house work and artwork done. But of course you won't be able to see any of it for like a month. Yech!

Well, I've got to be going now...there is a line of angry-looking Tech students waiting to do some lame research or something.

Although it's a bit rough, the middle is my favorite. I included a roll in the hay, and hell ramen (drink and food from the game, on account of the clan being generous with food.) The field in the lower left hand corner is made up of symbols representing knowledge(spades), and community(heart). I got the symbols for the field from a quiz popular among Kolers.

The Comics Jam will be held at J & B Coffee (26th and Boston) in the back room, Monday August 15th from 8:00-11:00pm.

If you don't know what a comics jam is:

"A comics jam is simply a gathering of comics/cartoon artists from around the area in which we each begin a comic page with one panel (on any subject. When we are done with the first panel we pass the page to the next available artist. They simply continue the comic (using their own ideas of how it should go). They in turn pass it on until the page (or story if one page can't hold it) is finished. The end result is often funny and usually suprising."

I'm another year older. 28 was a good year. And 29 is looking even better.
Of course then there is that whole '30' thing that people keep talking about....
but I'm not too worried about that.

Birthdays are always somewhat introspective for me. I think its a good time to look back at the year and my accomplishments.

Speaking of accomplishments I realized recently that I've been doing this blog for a whole year! Yeah!

I'm currently working on alot of "interpersonal-selfhelp-lifechanges" type stuff, and have been lax on updating ... and art.

I just submitted a supersecret cartoon to Bookcrossing.com . They are having a postcard contest for a cartoon that highlights what their site does. If you what to know what they do, they have a really good description that I do no justice to...

For those of you who might not know, I've been involved with something called a comics jam (with Lucid Comics) for a few years. A comics jam is simply a gathering of comics/cartoon artists from around the area in which we each begin a comic page with one panel (on any subject. When we are done with the first panel we pass the page to the next available artist. They simply continue the comic (using their own ideas of how it should go). They in turn pass it on until the page (or story if one page can't hold it) is finished. The end result is often funny and usually suprising.

Well as the title suggests. We have the comics jams back up and running. The next comics jam will be held in the Texas Tech Library's Croslin Room, Tuesday June 7th at
8:00.

Well, thanks everyone for the feedback about the VLARP Cartoon strip. We couldn't agree on any of the title ideas that were submitted by our loyal bloggers, but IhrVater's suggestion of "Nocturnals" started a train of thought (one of mine so I won't go into that wierdness...) that led me to the title:
"Nocturne for the Worse", which Sara loved!

The strip is due to appear in her newsletter this weekend (at the first game session). Hopefully, I'll have more news, and 'toons for NFTW in the near future.

In other news I've been working on a little project this month for fun/practice. My pal David hasn't updated his blog in a while, so I've been seeing the same cartoon of his for like two months. I thought it was so cool it needed to be colored/inked. Here is the result:

Well, let me start by apologizing again for the not updating.

My lovely wife had to have her appendix removed, on April fools day no less!
--Shes doing fine now. Back to work, no metal sticking out of her. Yeah!

My car finally did it. There was a screeching noise when I braked (realllly old brake pads), so I took it to a shop. They informed me that I would need ALOT of repair work done to keep the car working for more that a week. I still haven't been able to get a new car (well, new to me), and have been bumming rides from Jen and my Dad.

I was kind of behind on things already, and these events have really taken a toll on my free time. I've been steadly catching up recently, so hopefully I'll have some more toons for you to see.

Here is a project I'm working on for my friend Sara. She is currently putting together a VLARP game to run in the near future. For this game she is creating a "vampire newsletter" that gives some backstory and clues to the game's secrets. We sort of simultaniously had the idea that a cartoon could be in the newsletter. A Long Rambly Type Of Post...

This is from my 'ink and color' sketchbook (that I got for Christmas). I sketched in ink pen (Zig) and I later colored this with ink (Winsor & Newton, also a gift) and brush.

This stuff mostly a outgrowth of the feeling that I need to draw more from real life. But don't worry, more funnys are coming!

I recently met a friend of William named Norvell Maples . Will has recently left Lubbock to pursue art in San Diego (new school and new job). Will had me return some things to Novell and naturally we talked for about an hour on all sorts of things.

Its wierd, I think Will leaving has forced me to be a bit more social. Will is very social, and has all sorts of friends in Lubbock, many interested in art. I feel like I need to bridge the gap and begin to really get to know these people. In future posts I'll be mentioning them, and (if they have a web prescense) linking to them.

One last note:
I listened tonight to a radio show about comics on 88.1 KTXT called 'Metropolis'. I've heard it before, but I thought I'd mention it because I recently met one of the hosts, at the "comics jam" we had last week at the 50th Street Caboose. I need to get in touch with those guys....

A Virus and Christmas Denouement.

My computer recently caught an annoying, but not fatal, virus. I have been working nearly two weeks to set it right, and finally I have. So, here we go:

I went to dinner with my father on Wednesday, and gave him this.
That's right. It does exist. I'm not crazy (at least not that crazy). The credit card wallet from my Feb 14th cartoon post found it's way to me through my Mother-In-Law. I must say, she is a kind and thoughtful woman. Sometime after reading my cartoon she found the wallet in a catalog, and ordered it for Dad. He was pleased that it still existed, but will continue to use the one I gave him until it wears out.

Yes, it finally happened, I figured out how to post images that are the right size and format (at least I hope). Will offered me continued use of his site, but I felt that I needed to do it on my own (ask anyone...I can be stubborn). I found this neato free image hosting site (notice the banner on the full cartoon). Hopefully I won't exceed the bandwith anytime soon.

Anyways, enjoy this cartoon I did for my dad for Christmas. This is the black and white, mostly unedited version (notice the mess up on panel 3). My dad received a black and white art with red borders/bows.

Hey Everybody.

I know its been a while since I've arted in public( or here). I'm not going to list excuses or anything. But part of it has to do with my ignorance with the internet. Anyways, I am still drawing. I've completed 2 single panel cartoons, one holiday comic strip (for my dad) and been experimenting.
I've been doing quick sketches from life with an ink pen, and then coming back later and coloring it with a medium size brush and colored ink.
I've also been developing some 'unvalentines' cards that I plan to sell.
William has helped me along abit with the internet thing, and (though I'm making no promises) hopefully I'll soon have some of this stuff up for perusal.

A few things have gotten in the way of blogging recently. A few life changes, a couple of excuses, and a lot of slacking off are my reasons. I won't bore you with the details, but I will share with you some things I've done.

1. I have completed one more "Fam-Damily" cartoon, with another yet to be finished.
(I'm sending these to a local newsletter for publication no pay, but it will be good to get 'into' the process.

2. I've been doing a lot of "peripheral work" which is my phrase for any work that you can't see the results of easily. (for example reading a lot of books on cartooning)

3. I have been writing and editing a newsletter for The Odyssey Bookstore. There is an online version of it at: ( http://www.calmjourney.com ) No cartoons in it (yet!).

4. A lot of reading. Besides the cartooning books: The Alchemist, The Four Agreements, and Be Here Now. These are all about different ways at looking at the world (which I've needed lately).

Sorry for the long delay in posting. Part of it was the family stuff, and part of it was getting 'into' single panel cartoons. In the near future I plan to do a whole bunch of single panel cartoons and submit them for publication (and money) to magazines and the like. I figure the best way is to hone my skills here and try them out.

But, tonight at about 10:00pm my Granny Branch passed away in her home. Everythings being handled by my Mom's family, there's nothing for me to do but wait till tomorrow. I felt I should do something. So I'm writing about it.

I just wanted you to know why I'll probably be a bit slower on posting for this week.

Granny had been in bad health for some time and we knew it was just a matter of time. This last weekend, she had a party. All the family was invited to come over for food and ice cream. Each of us put our order in and got a pint of the ice cream we wanted from one of those places that uses a stone counter to mix the ice cream. We talked, joked, and watched the Olympics. She was pretty much confined to the bed, so most of us gathered in her smallish bedroom. It was a good day.

Granny died much like she lived, I think. She did it on her own terms. When a rotten tree branch fell on my Mom's roof, she didn't wait until me and my brother got over there to take it down. My Granny climbed up on that roof and started without us! (This was just a few years ago.) Granny didn't want to die in a hospital hooked up to a bunch of machines. So, she decided to stay at home. She had the best non-invasive medical attention there was, my Mom and Aunt Josie (who are nurses).

I'd better stop typing before I take up a whole page. Sorry for dumping all of this on the blog, but I guess I needed to. Thanks for taking the time to read it.

In case you were wondering, I am open for suggestions on which kind of style I will be emulating. I plan to do four strips in a row with a different style and 'story type'. At the moment I'm trying on styles from the cartoon strips in my local paper. There are a lot of good ones to choose from, so I'm having trouble deciding.

I think the over all 'color' scheme in this one is good, and I am pleased with the way the girl turned out.

I've really enjoyed this style of cartooning, and have gotten alot of positive feedback from friends. I have however had a bit of trouble creating a good silent story (especially the last two). I will revisit 'silent comics' in the near future, but I'm going to take a break from it for a little while(and maybe study up a bit).

Back in '03 a group of friends and I did a series of drawings each week to challenge us and keep us drawing. Usually they involved superheroes, or popular action movies. Here is the 'challenge' called something like: "Draw Yourself As A Super Hero".

Posting Blues

If you've been visiting my blog regularly (and I know you have), you may have noticed that I've been back dating my posts. For example on Friday the 12 you wouldn't see a post but by the 16th Friday's post will appear. This is because I don't currently own a scanner, or web space. I'm borrowing my friend Will's scanner and website usually once a week to upload the strips. Then I type up these snappy messages and post the pictures from my home computer.

Sound a bit complicated? Well Its not too bad, but I thought It might cause some confusion. One thing I have been committed to is posting the cartoons with the date that I actually finished them. So this blog is a fairly good representation of what I do for this project each week.

Man sometimes I type way too much! Bye. :)

Part III: Those Damn Care Bears (tm) !!

Ah, yes "Griz" the cute, fuzzy, belegerint, and drunk teddy bear. For some reason he is the most fun to draw. I had intended for "Leo" to be my 'spokesman' (I happen to be a Leo, so I thought it would be fitting), but I like Griz more.

I'm trying to keep a set pattern of some kind in my strips. In experimenting, I'm trying out a style/storyline for about four strips 2 strips fit on my bristol board so this translates to two pages). I'm moving around so much for three reasons.
1) To challenge myself artistically,
2) To keep it fun, and
3) Because I haven't found a story/style that I
want to do repeatedly as a continuous strip.

A Blast from the Past.

The following was my first comic strip ever. This dates back to '97 when I was still going to Texas Tech. Its sort of a cross between the Dilbert cartoon strip and the movie Falling Down. I had planned to get this published in a local 'zine and do a continued story line, but the guy doing it was a putz, who only came out with one issue (and forgot to include this strip), and then moved on to something else. Anyways, here it is for your perusal.

A little more about me.

I've been doing this blog thing for about two weeks now. My friend William (www.theghostinyou.blogspot.com) suggested I do this to get back into drawing every day, and to set and achieve quickly attainable goals. This has been a fun experience for me, and I actually have been getting more work done than before I took on this extra project. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and please comment if you like it or hate it or have any suggestions. Thats all for now.

Dreamcatcher Tattoo Design

Here is a tattoo design that I did as a commission for a friend. She wanted a pentacle, and loves Native American things, so I combined them. She really loves it and plans to get it done (smaller) as soon as she has some money. I am fairly pleased with it. Any Comments?
